1. A ballot measure that would repeal Alaska’s ranked-choice voting and open-primary system remains on track to fail. But only by 45 votes.

2. Golden Valley Electric Association CEO Travis Million took a detour Tuesday from a road trip to Healy and Delta Junction to talk to the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce.

3. A Black Gold Transport ore-hauling truck was involved in a collision with another semi tractor-trailer Monday afternoon. Both trucks were damaged, but no injuries were reported.

4. A 25-year-old man pleaded guilty Tuesday to fatally shooting two people in a Fairbanks apartment nearly three years ago.
